This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work on Dealiva. The short version: Dealiva doesn't charge you anything, and refunds for purchases are handled by the retailer you bought from.
1. Dealiva is free to use
Dealiva doesn't charge any fee, subscription or payment of any kind to shoppers. Because we never take payment from you, there are no Dealiva charges to refund. If anyone asks you to pay money to Dealiva in order to receive cashback, it isn't us. Please report it to support@dealiva.in.
2. Refunds and cancellations for purchases
When you shop through a Dealiva link, you buy directly from the retailer. Dealiva doesn't receive your payment and can't cancel orders or issue refunds for products or services. For cancellations, returns, replacements, refunds or delivery issues, please contact the retailer using the support details on its website. The retailer's own refund and cancellation policy applies.
3. What happens to your cashback
- Full cancellation or return: no cashback is payable on the order, and any pending cashback is declined.
- Partial cancellation or return: cashback is recalculated on the items you keep, based on the retailer's final report.
- Exchange: retailers usually treat exchanges as returns, so cashback may be declined. The retailer's report decides this.
- Cashback already paid: if an order is cancelled or returned after we've paid cashback, we may ask you to return the amount, or deduct it from future cashback due to you.
4. Cancelling a cashback claim
You can withdraw a registered claim at any time before it's paid by emailing support@dealiva.in with your order ID and Click ID. You can also ask us to delete your claim data. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Payout errors
If we pay you less than the cashback confirmed for your order because of our error, tell us within 30 days of payment and we'll pay the difference once we've verified it. If we pay you more than we should have, we may contact you to recover the extra amount.
