These Cashback & Rewards Terms explain how you qualify for cashback through Dealiva, how it's tracked and confirmed, and when it's paid. They form part of our Terms & Conditions. Each offer may have additional conditions, which are shown on the offer and also apply.
1. What cashback is
Cashback is a share of the commission a retailer pays Dealiva when you buy through a Dealiva link. It's a partial return on your purchase, not income, interest or an investment return. Cashback is paid only on orders the retailer confirms and pays commission on.
2. Who is eligible
- You must be 18 or older and resident in India.
- You must have a valid UPI ID registered in your own name.
- The purchase must be your own genuine purchase, made for personal use.
- Bulk, resale and business purchases are not eligible unless an offer says otherwise.
3. How to qualify for an order
- Start your visit from a live offer on the Dealiva Offers page by tapping "Get this offer". This creates your Dealiva Click ID.
- Complete the purchase on the retailer's website in the same browser session, without clicking any other cashback, coupon, price-comparison or affiliate link in between.
- Meet all the conditions listed on the offer, including any excluded products, categories, payment methods or coupon rules.
- Register your purchase using our claim form within 10 days of the order date, with your order ID, order date, order amount, Click ID and UPI ID.
4. Tracking
Tracking is done by the retailer or its affiliate network, usually with cookies set on the retailer's website. Dealiva does not control it. A purchase may not be tracked if cookies are blocked or cleared, an ad blocker or private browsing mode is used, another link is clicked before purchase, the order is completed on a different device or in the retailer's app (unless the offer allows it), or the retailer's system has a fault.
If your purchase met the conditions but hasn't been tracked, register it as "Missing cashback" through our contact form. We'll raise it with the retailer where possible, but the retailer's decision is final and we can't guarantee that missing orders will be accepted.
5. How cashback is calculated
- The cashback rate is the one shown on the offer when you clicked through.
- Percentage-based cashback is calculated on the eligible order value reported by the retailer. This usually excludes GST and other taxes, delivery, installation, gift wrap and convenience fees, and any amount paid with gift cards, vouchers, wallet balances or reward points.
- If you return or cancel part of an order, cashback is recalculated on the part you keep.
- "Up to" rates mean the highest rate on that offer. Different products or categories may earn a lower rate, as described in the offer conditions.
6. Cashback statuses and timelines
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Your claim has been matched to a tracked order. The retailer hasn't confirmed it yet. |
| Confirmed | The retailer has confirmed the order after its return or cancellation window. The confirmation time shown on each offer is an estimate from the retailer, typically 30 to 90 days. |
| Paid | We've sent the cashback to your UPI ID, within 7 working days of confirmation. |
| Declined | The retailer declined the order, or it didn't meet these terms or the offer conditions. We'll email you the reason. |
7. Payouts
- Cashback is paid by UPI to the UPI ID you provide. There is no minimum payout amount and no fee.
- Please check your UPI ID carefully. If a payment fails because the UPI ID is invalid, we'll email you to ask for a correct one. We are not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect UPI ID you supplied.
- Cashback can't be exchanged, transferred to another person or paid in any other form, unless we agree in writing.
- If you haven't collected confirmed cashback because we couldn't reach you, we'll hold it for 12 months from confirmation and try to contact you at your registered email address.
8. When cashback is declined or reversed
Cashback won't be paid, or may be reversed, if:
- the order is cancelled, returned, exchanged or not delivered;
- a coupon, voucher or payment method that the offer excludes was used;
- the retailer doesn't confirm the order or doesn't pay commission for it;
- the claim is duplicated, submitted more than 10 days after the order, or contains incorrect information;
- we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or a breach of these terms.
If cashback has already been paid on an order that's later returned or cancelled, or was paid in error, we may ask you to return it.
9. Changes to offers and these terms
Retailers can change or end offers at any time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown when you clicked through. We may update these Cashback & Rewards Terms from time to time, and changes won't affect claims already registered.
10. Questions and disputes
If you disagree with a decision on your claim, reply to our status email or write to support@dealiva.in within 30 days of the decision. We'll review it and share what we find with you. If a retailer declines an order, we rely on its decision because we can only pay cashback it pays commission on.
